Deposition prep
A deposition package built from the case file: question sets, impeachment opportunities and witness profiles.
Generating it
- Open the case and go to Deposition prep (under Prepare).
- Click Generate Deposition Prep.
It uses one analysis from your monthly allowance. Documents need to be processed first.
What you get
- Suggested question sets, grouped by topic, each with a note on why it matters
- Impeachment opportunities: statements in the file that can be used to challenge a witness
- Witness profiles: strengths, weaknesses, credibility flags and follow-up questions for each witness
Every point is drawn from the documents, and quotes are matched against them.
Updating and exporting
After you add documents, click Re-analyze to rebuild it. Each rebuild uses one analysis.
On Pro and Pro Unlimited, Export PDF downloads the package.
