Q: How are documents processed? A: Uploaded documents are OCR'd if necessary, text is extracted, and content is indexed for search.

Q: Can I export my results? A: Yes — on Pro plans and above, Case Intelligence, Chronology, and Deposition Prep reports can each be exported as a PDF using the "Export PDF" button on that tab. You can also copy individual answers and references directly.

Q: Does Case Insight360 track deadlines? A: Yes, on every plan including Free. Deadlines (SOL dates, filing deadlines, hearing dates, and more) are automatically extracted from your documents and shown on your dashboard, with email reminders sent 7 days, 3 days, 1 day, and the day a deadline is due. Q: Where is my data stored? A: Data is stored in your configured cloud storage account (see deployment docs).
