Manage case details, access control, and team members from the Manage panel.


Case Settings

  • Rename cases
  • Archive cases
  • Set case-level privacy

Team & Permissions

  • Add or remove team members
  • Assign roles (Viewer, Editor, Owner)
  • Audit access history

Archiving & Deleting

  • Archive to remove from active lists
  • Delete permanently (requires confirmation)
