Uploading Documents

Case Insight360 supports a wide range of document types and automatically processes them for search and analysis.


Supported File Types

  • PDF
  • DOCX
  • TXT
  • Images (JPG, PNG)
  • Scanned PDFs (OCR applied automatically)

How to Upload

  1. Open a case
  2. Go to the Documents tab
  3. Click Upload Documents
  4. Select one or more files
  5. Upload begins immediately

What Happens After Upload

Case Insight360:

  • Extracts text
  • Applies OCR if needed
  • Segments content into searchable units
  • Indexes the document for Q&A
  • Makes it available for chronology and insights

Processing time depends on file size.


Troubleshooting Uploads

Document not processing?

  • Ensure the file is not password‑protected
  • Ensure the file is under your plan’s size limits
  • Try re‑uploading the file
