Uploading Documents
Case Insight360 supports a wide range of document types and automatically processes them for search and analysis.
Supported File Types
- DOCX
- TXT
- Images (JPG, PNG)
- Scanned PDFs (OCR applied automatically)
How to Upload
- Open a case
- Go to the Documents tab
- Click Upload Documents
- Select one or more files
- Upload begins immediately
What Happens After Upload
Case Insight360:
- Extracts text
- Applies OCR if needed
- Segments content into searchable units
- Indexes the document for Q&A
- Makes it available for chronology and insights
Processing time depends on file size.
Troubleshooting Uploads
Document not processing?
- Ensure the file is not password‑protected
- Ensure the file is under your plan’s size limits
- Try re‑uploading the file
If issues persist, contact support.
